Présentation
Un webinaire se tiendra le 18 novembre 2024 dans le cadre du projet RAMP-UP II, avec pour objectif de partager les résultats du projet et d’aller plus loin en suscitant des discussions sur les implications pour l’industrie manufacturière. Destiné aux professionnels de l’industrie ainsi qu’aux chercheurs académiques, cet événement vise à explorer comment améliorer l’agilité et la résilience des systèmes de production dans un contexte mondial en constante évolution. Le programme du webinaire inclura des interventions sur les thèmes suivants :
- Agilité dans le domaine de la production avec un accent sur les processus de gestion par affaire (Engineer-To-Order).
- Processus et pratiques de gestion de la montée en puissance de manière agile (agile ramp-up)
- Meilleures pratiques pour l’implémentation de l’agilité et la résilience dans le secteur manufacturier

Scope
A webinar will take place on November 18, 2024, as part of the RAMP-UP II project, aimed at sharing the project’s results and fostering discussions on the implications for the manufacturing industry. Targeted at industry professionals as well as academic researchers, this event seeks to explore how to enhance the agility and resilience of production systems in a constantly evolving global context. The webinar program will include presentations on the following topics:
- Gain knowledge of agile production with a focus on Engineer-To-Order processes
- Discover key insights into ramp-up management processes and practices
- Explore best practices for implementing agility and resilience in manufacturing
